Physiotherapy is a very important subject of medical science. In this way they will get a diploma degree they will be able to play a special role in the rehabilitation of people along with the treatment of various diseases. Physiotherapists work in areas such as musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurology, neurology, dermatology, and gynecology.

Presently B.Sc in Physiotherapy 05 (five) years duration and 04 (four) years duration course under the Ministry of Health is being conducted at Dhaka University at a public and private level. Physiotherapists are in demand in the developed world including Bangladesh.

A physiotherapist in every hospital and private practice in the country can earn almost as much as a doctor. Besides, the demand for physiotherapists is increasing day by day in the country and abroad. As a result, the field of working abroad is being created and physiotherapists from our country are going to different countries including Canada, America, England, and Australia every year.

Admission Eligibility:

1. Minimum GPA 2.5 in SSC/Equivalent Examination with Biology from Science Department in case of Physiotherapy Course under State Medical Faculty.
